Navero: AI powered screening and automated recruiter workflows.
We implemented AI powered screening and automated recruiter workflows inside Navero’s commercial hiring platform. CV analysis, skills assessments, candidate communication and interview preparation form a connected process, giving recruiters a shortlist with the evidence they need to make the next decision.

- Headline outcome
- A connected hiring workflow, from screening to interview
Screening faster only helps if the evidence stays useful.
Recruiters handling large applicant pools spend time reading CVs before they can evaluate real ability. Screening, skills tests, scheduling and communication often happen in different tools, leaving hiring teams to reconstruct the candidate story.
Navero needed to move beyond basic screening into a dependable product: role specific scoring, structured assessments, integrity controls and a recruiter workspace. Commercial launch also required subscriptions, seat controls and permissions for admins, recruiters, hiring teams and candidates.
AI prepares the shortlist. The workflow moves it forward.
AI assisted CV analysis
Semantic parsing and relevance scoring pipelines assess candidates against job specific criteria and prepare evidence backed shortlists for recruiter review.
Skills screening and assessment controls
A dynamic skill test library adds structured evaluation beyond the CV. Randomised questions, time limits, browser focus tracking and response pattern flags support assessment integrity.
Automated recruiter coordination
Candidate communication and interview workflow hooks keep applicants moving through the process. Recruiters review CV scores, skills results, video responses and interview evidence in one workspace, without rebuilding the candidate history across separate tools.
The commercial product underneath
Multi tenant architecture, role based access and Stripe subscriptions provide billing, secure checkout and seat usage controls around the hiring experience.
A product that can handle real hiring workflows.
Role specific evidence
Candidate analysis is tied to the requirements of the job, with supporting evidence available to the recruiter.
Separate responsibilities
Permissions distinguish administrative, recruiter, hiring team and candidate experiences within the platform.
Launch foundations
Reusable workflows, modular architecture and staged QA support the move from an early MVP to a commercial system.
Engineering from the hiring journey outward.
We worked with Navero to map where recruiters lost time, then developed the core platform and commercial capabilities through sprints, QA reviews and staged releases.
